Objectives

• To turn out competent graduates in the polytechnic areas who are prepared for occupational and professional requirements and gainful employment
• To improve the instructional resources e.g. libraries, classrooms, laboratories and workshops
• To provide opportunities for students’ expressions of the aesthetic, physical, intellectual, emotional and social development.
• To strengthen faculty competencies through in-service programs, scholarships and study grants.
• To support the faculty to undertake action research aimed at improving the teaching and learning situations.
• To enhance the management capabilities of key officials through the use of the participatory decision making.
• To contribute to community improvement by encouraging faculty and staff members to become leaders/officers and members of civic, professionals, religious and other NGOs in the service areas.
• To use research to generate knowledge and find solutions to social problems
• To make institutional development planning as a means for responding to changes
• To promote a college environment that is conducive to the pursuit of learning and other academic activities.
 

Mission

Vision

     The NIPSC as a state funded institution is committed to contribute to the attainment of human resource development and other national goals of the country by providing education and training that shall promote personal development, social responsibility, technical and technological efficiency, professional integrity, gender equality and the development of national identity as Filipinos on general.


     The State College is envisioned to be a polytechnic institution offering competency-based programs. It is envisioned to have competent, experienced and adequate faculty, facilities and equipment in order to develop the required occupational and manpower skills for regular development.
